Username Change 2.1.9 Patch Level 1

The add-on is compatible with XenForo 2.1.1

The add-on must be installed in version 2.1 of XenForo.

Added two missing sentences

Replacement of the following sentence xc_change_username_new_username by xc_username_change_new_username
Add a preference to choose if you want to receive emails or not when you change your username

Fixed the bug with the following permissions

Fixed display issues with some styles

Fix some bug

[Bug Fix] During the uninstallation the table is not delete.

The change of the user name does not apply.

When the user does not have permission, If username is pending approval or if he has to wait before we can change username again we hide the save button.

Hide the new identifier field, when the user does not have the required number of posts.

Now the user must have 10 posts to be able to change his username, if the permission it's defined.
